Epic's patient app: a person sees results, visits and bills from organisations that run Epic, and can view, download or send a copy of their record.

Health records kept by the person
The patient app of a large Pakistani pathology chain: a profile with the complete history of that chain's lab reports, nearby centres and home sampling, on iOS and Android.
Choose the Chughtai Lab App if your tests are done at Chughtai Lab, because its reports, home sampling and centre finder are all in that one app and the central laboratory is CAP accredited.
Choose LabFlow if you use more than one laboratory, because the record belongs to you rather than to the chain, and a result from any LabFlow laboratory lands in the same account.
